Hoppe’s Flow Control Systems are based on the operation of a reversible propeller pump with variable, positive or negative pump speed. The required system accuracy is ensured by „four-square“ operation of the pump based on known performance curves in all possible operating scenarios. The main features of the system are:
- Continuously running pump with variable speeds
- Pump flow, gravity flow and turbine operation
- Flow operating point: RPM = F(MWC)
- Zero flow = system standby
- Reduction of start-stop sequences
- Fast, flexible and accurate flow creation
